The creams and pills that are advertised to increase breast size have not been shown to be effective.
There are some exercises that some women may perform that may or may not be helpful to you. Includes push ups, dumbell chest presses, isometric chest contractions.
There is a suction device that has been shown to helpful as well. .Surgery would be the other alternative.
