Do I Need To Take Anti Venom After Bitten By Spider?

Hello, I was bitten by a spider, I think a black widow, about 6 days ago. I am still light headed, fatigued, and feeling pain on urinating. I think I may already have had a urinary infection, but it isn t going away this time, when it usually does within a day or two with my own home treatments, water, etc. I also use Oregano oil to neutralize poison, which has made a difference. I understand this is a series bite, if I am correct in assuming the black widow as the source--we find them in the garage, but not usually in the house in our rural area. I was bitten while in bed, I think, in the back as I laid down. I m taking Vit C, and my usual vitamins and MSM and 1/2 t of sodium bicarbonate to also neutralize the acid from the presumed black widow spider. I am wondering if there is a no side effects anti-venom I should also use, or your recommendation? Thank you, good docs that help will clean up the flagging reputation of the medical industry. Much appreciated.

Ok, venom effects are fast. It is doubtful the venom is still there, so use of anti-venom is irrational. Vitamin C, sodium bicarbonate, oregano oil....random use of foods to treat something that is no longer there is not FDA approved.
