Do Infections In Nasal Leads To Hay-fever?

Dear doctor,

I wander if you can help, I've noticed on the inside of my nostrils I have a rash, cluster of spots clear in colour which are a little bit sore.
I assumed I had hayfever as I have had the runny nose itchy eyes ears and throat, I take puriton to ease the symptoms but as I'm blowing my nose a lot I'm having nose bleeds from.one nostril most mornings.
Is this something for me to worry about?
Thanks
Jane
