Hi,

Solpadol is a combination of opioid and paracetamol. It is a very effective pain killer. Gastritis, constipation, liver dysfunction and dependence are some of the side effects of the drug. Slurring of speech or spelling errors may not be caused by pain killers. Any drug dependence, central nervous system disorders affecting speech, balance or co-ordination should be ruled out.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
