Does AAA (abdominal Auortic Anuarism) Cause Strong Pulse Above The Belly Button?

Hello I am 18 years old, about 5 foot 1 and weigh 139 pounds. Recently I have been noticing a strong pulse above my belly button. I have been looking online and have researched that it could be abdominal auortic anuarism or AAA. This really scares me because it can be caused by medications that raise your blood pressure, and I used to be on birth control ( dopo provera) I had my last injection in a. I was due for another injection in december but didn't go because I did not like the side effects.

Your concern and query is appreciated, you have two queries one is regarding the Aneurysm is such disease that is difficult to diagnosed on basis of clinical symptoms, findings, it requires imaging studies then and then it can be confirmed, now for the hormone preparation if this is being taken for contraceptive purpose then better to avoid it because of the side effect, hormone contraceptive always have some side effects, hope this information helps.
