Does Crohn's Disease Cause Rashes?

Hello! About a week ago, i ve noticed a little round rash I guess you could call it, on my calf. At first I thought it was ringworm, but then it continued to grow and stopped itching. Now I have another one on my thigh, doesn t itch but its growing in size. I do have a history of crohns disease, but i ve never had a rash from it. Do you know what it could be?

I am not sure as many diseases can cause this but it's not an allergy and not a fungal infection as there is no itching in it.
