Does Glycomet GP1 And Kombiglyze Have Any Side Effects?

I am taking folmine tablet ,glycighage ,valenfer and Tripple A cal for regular periods. And am a diabetic patient and also Pcos problem.. Diabetic medicine glycomet GP1 and kombiglze 5mg/1000mg are taking.. Will this give side effects... I do not have child and iam not pregnant now. Kindly answer my question

PCOS can be associated with difficulty with conception.It is a condition associated with resistance to insulin and this is the reason that it is commonly treated with glycomet (metformin)

Metformin reduces insulin resistance and would be helpful both in your diabetes and PCOS.
It would improve your chance of conception.
