Does IUI And Naturogest Cause Delay In Periods?

Hi Doctor. I am 31 yrs female and had IUI procedure done on 14th Sep. My monthly cycle is of 28-29 days. I was supposed to get my periods on 30th Sep or 1st Oct. but it has been delayed by 4 days but with negative HPT. after IUI i was put on Naturogest for 15 days. does the delayed periods side effect of Naturogest or should i test again after 1 week.
