Does Keflex Cause Swelling In The Legs?

I had a bad reaction to Keflex that was prescribed to me by a on call Doctor of my Primary Care Doctor back on 11/19/2017. 3 days later both my lower legs from my knees down to my feet Swelled up for over 5 days and on the 5 day I developed a bad rash on both lower legs & went to hospital over this. They said I had developed Chronic Venous Insufficiency in my legs due to this reaction to this medication. Have you heard of this happening to anybody else?

Chronic venous insufficiency is due to incompetent valves in the veins. It cannot be caused as a result of drug allergy.
