Hi...greeting from Chennai, India. what you are mentioning as swollen glands is called lymphadenopathy. Usually MMR vaccine will not cause lymphadenopathy. The glands might be because of an intercurretn viral infection. You should be worried if the glands are increasing in size or there is continuous fever or she is becoming pale and easily fatigues.
