Does Sibelium Cause Hot And Cold Flushes And Moods Swings?

I have recently been put on SIBELIUM along with Tegretol, Cipralex and Ativan which I have been on for many years. I usually have 3 week menstruation periods and have never been late except with my pregnancy. I am now 8 days late, only had a slight brown, slimy discharge once and now that has also gone. I have put on weight too around my breasts and hips only. I did a home test but that was negative. I have also suddenly started suffering from the worst ever hot and cold flushes and moods swings. Could I be pregnant or could the SIBELIUM cause this?
