Does Teleact And S Numlo Contain Steroids?

I m 40 yrs n hv been detected Bp 165/110 advised teleact 40 mg and S numlo my concerns is I hv gained weight abt 6 -7 kgs in a span of one month. Just want to know if this medicine contains steroids If yes..can any other medicine be taken wid out steroids Pls help. Thanx
