General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The usual cause of intense odor in urine with brownish bleeding indicates uncontrolled urinary infection with possible pelvic inflammation.

Guidelines at present

- more liquids
- genital hygiene
- abstinence from sex
- blood sugar control
- urine culture report request with your doctor and further antibiotics as per the report only
- addition of antifungal, urinary alkalizer, anti-inflammatory drugs help greatly to deal with the issue.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
