Does A Hiatus Hernia Cause Sticky Stools And Loss Of Appetite?

Hi my daughter is 37 is currently feeling permanently tired her motion is yellow and sticky and she has little appetite. She has recently be diagnosed with a hiatus hernia and suffers with excess acid could this be the cause? Kind regards Mo. YYYY@YYYY

* Hiatus hernia can give loss of appetite by chronic acid reflux , belching
but will not cause sticky stools .
* Feeling permanently tired also is a separate entity needs specific in depth
evaluation for the issue which may be IBS , thyroid disorders or others
* In our clinic we recommend intensive evaluation of such patients with
needed laboratory work up , ultrasound of abdomen & pelvis , diagnostic
upper GI scopy +/- colonoscopy according to the individual case demands
