Does Black Dots In X-ray Of Shoulder Bones Indicates Cancer?

There is a history of cancer in my family. I had fiancee in the upper womb, had a hestorectomy at the age of cancer25. I am now 46. I have been battling with pain in my shoulder. This has gotten a lot worse, the pain is there constantly. I had x rays done. There are black dots in the bones. Can this be cancer. I m worried as my grain died of bone cancer.

Lytic lesions or black spots in the bones can be a sign of cancer but can also be a sign of other medical problems. I would not jump to any conclusions but you do require further investigation to make sense of this finding.
