Does Bottle Feeding A 1.5 Month Baby Cause Him Cold?

My baby was born premature. In 33 weeks. Now he is 1 and half month. He is having cold. My pedia says it is due to bottle feed. I want to know whether bottle feed cause cold?
I wash and sterilize bottles for every use. Do i need to discontinue bottle feed?

yes bottle feed can lead to infection and cold .
my recommendation would be discontinue the bottle feeding and try to give breast feed till the baby is 6 months old.
