Does Combiflam And Enteroquinol Help To Treat Diarrhea And Soreness In Anus?

Hi, My husband is having intermittent diarrhea for 3 weeks and now he has got a sore anus. He is 33 years old and he is 175cms tall. Can you please suggest me if i can use Combiflam as a pain killer, along with entero quinol? We have as well seen a doctor and the problem still persists. In few cases the stolls are normal and in some cases watery. Please suggest

I really appreciate your concern, Combiflam other stated medicines can not be given because it may not eradicate the infection because your husband seems to have abdomen infection if I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day, for five days, care need to be taken for diet, avoid heavy meal, spicy meal, oily fried food, it is nothing to worry condition will be okay with the given medicine hope this information helps.
