I am 36 years of age male. Today i felt higher blood pressure so i visited physician. |the BP was 150/90, so he advised me concor cor 2.5 mg. The question is that is this medicine safe as first medicine of control blood pressure? I have hi BP once in two months or may be more rare...

Yes, many dec. prescribe bisoprolol to treat hypertension in young patients.
this drug has few side effects like Bronchospasm, decreased cardiac performance, cardiogenic shock, bradycardia, AV-block, necrosis of extremities, dizziness, tiredness, headache, cold extremities, sweating, impotence, weakness of the leg.

Monitor your BP regularly to adjust the dose.
