Does Continuous Fever With Typhoid Require Hospital Admission?

my 14 years old son is suffering from typhiod for the last 06 days. typhoid was discoverd yesterday. since begining the fever continuous from 103f to 105 f. crocin has little affect. Till yesterday my Doc. prescribed oflomac and after report of typhoid he has prescribed oflomac along with cetil500 and dolo500. is the medicine correct? why his fever is not getting down. when the fever will get down? doc. is advising to admit him in the hospital. pl. advise immediately.

High fever lasting for more than 6 days is an indication for hospital admission irrespective of the fact whether it is Typhoid or not.
It is possible to have constant observation,timely medication and appropriate investigations if needed.
