Does Cough, Fever, Lack Of Energy, Loss Of Appetite Indicates Pneumonia?

My 6 year old daughter has had a loose cough for a week or so, and was otherwise fine, until today.. now she has a fever of 101.5 (underarm temp without adding anything) and is very lethargic, and little to no appetite. I am concerned as she has had pneumonia already a few times in her young life..

Hi,
As cough is present since one week and now fever started, it indicates that she might be having lower respiratory tract infection or developing pneumonia.
Go for complete blood test, and
X-ray chest PA view.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
Ok and take care.
