Does Daily Masturbation Affect Health?
I masturbate nearly every night, sometimes twice, occasionally 3 or 4 times. Is this ok? I have had CHF for nearky 4 years; the main symptom is constant weariness, almost never chest pains but constant stuffy nose and bowel movements 3-4x/day. Also urinate every 2-3 hiurs, including overnight. . I take metoprolol, furosemide, digoxin, benazepril, pravastatin, and isosorbide daily. Also take 25mg Tramadol with 5mg Baclofen once most days, occasionally rwice.

There really should be no danger with what you do but since you're worried about it, ask your doctor--you can ask if it's safe for you to have sex if it would embarrass you to talk about masturbation
