Hello Doctor,
My Beta Hcg levels on day 29 were 95, and on day 33 are 75. does it mean that I am going to miscarry. I did not have any fluid before going to test. Is this the reason for drop in Beta HCG. Could you please help me with this.

Hi,

Welcome to healthcaremagic.

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) Yes decreasing beta hCG means already you have miscarried.

2) Beta hCG should double every 48 hours. Otherwise its a matter of concern

Let me know if you have any more queries.

Regards,
Dr. Mahesh Koregol
