Does Intermittent Diarrhoea In 14 Month Baby Require Antibiotics?

Hi, my 14 month old baby has had intermittent diarrhea for 2 weeks, for the past 3 days it has been constant and now has a bad fishy odor. Does she have an infection and need antibiotics. I have been giving her fluids and she doesn't act like she is sick, just constant diarrhea.

Thanks for the query.
intermittent diarrhea with fishy odour and if watery can point towards the infection in the stomach.
You should go for stool examination to find out the infectious agent.
And give antibiotics after consulting with your doctors.
Hope i helped you.
