Does Poison Ivy Rash With Pus And Scabbing Need Medical Attention?

I have a Poison Ivy rash that began on my right arm and left wrist. There are many red bumps, red on the outside and some filled with clear fluid, or scabbed. However, the rash has spread, and is continuing to spread over my entire back, including my forehead, around my eyes, hands, neck, breasts, and thighs. The rash is seeming to be spreading still and I came in contact with the plant 5 days ago, late Thursday night. Are these normal symptoms of Poison Ivy, or should I seek medical attention?

no, you have to seek medical attention. immediately after the contact you have to wash it with water and soap. after that you have to apply steroid cream along with calamine lotion. also you have to take antihistaminics like chlorpheniramine maleate. as your rash is spreading contact the local doctor. observation will tell you more for treatment part. thanx healthcare magic.
