Does Rash On Abdomen Speading To Back, legs And Arms Be An Indication Of Hives?

I received the flu shot in the buttocks a week ago. Several days ago I had pain in my tooth so I took benadryl for approximately three days. This morning I had a rash on my abdomen and it has now spread to my back, down my legs, on my arms, etc. It is not itchy. Could his be hives?

Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
The history of rash appearing on the abdomen and spreading to other part of the body may be due to uticaria or allergic reaction or irritation to detergents.
Diagnosis cannot be made with this medical history.
Insect bite may also present like this.
I suggest you to consult your dermatologist for examination and identifying the cause for the symptoms.
Then we can decide the proper treatment.
Hope you are satisfied with the answer.
Thank you.
