Does Rashes On Vagina And Nausea Side Effects Of Rifagut 400?
am having frequency of stools some times with mucus. Dr. has prescribed Rifagut 400 three times a day for 10 days. I am having rash on the vigina and nausia. Is it the side effect of Rifagut? 2 weeks back Dr. had given me Metrogyl 200 six days for diarrhea. If the dose prescribed is correct?

Swelling in hands or feet,nausea,headache, dizziness,tiredness, or
abnormal liver function tests are some of the side effects of the drug. Rashes can occur rarely with rifaximin but vaginal rashes are rare. Nausea can occur with the drug.Any vaginal infections should be ruled out.Maintain proper vaginal hygiene and visit your gynaecologist if symptoms persist.
