Fever, unexplained-uncontrollable coughing when laughing or at random, lethargy, runny nose, cough up mucus, feels like swelling in throat, gets better when sing but shorty after comes back worse. Was weight lifting vigorously and tried to push too hard.

Dear , for your info , rigorous weight lifting can not cause any health issues (except harm bones & soft tissue )unless you already have such symptoms as fever mucus & ..... ... As a matter of fact , you should start any exercise in slow motion and increase gradually after warming up exercises to start with
