Neurologist 's  Response
Dear I am sorry for health problem your friend is experiencing.
Anyway to determinate the diagnose several examination need to be done!First of all you have to take contact to a neurologist because neurological examination will lead to possible diagnose and brain MRI + electroencephalogram will exclude or confirm a brain damage.Blood tests are important to exclude at least anemia which explain fatigue.
Hope my advice will help to determinate your friend diagnose, don't hesitate to contact for further questions.

Best regards
Dr Eris
