Does Severe Muscle Twitching Suggest An ALS?

Hello. I am 29 years old, just delivered a baby 2 weeks ago. Im generally in good health besides asthma, severe anxiety and have terrible hypochondriac thoughts. i am on medication for the anxiety and the ashtma is also controlled.
3 months ago i started experiencing muscle twitching all over my body, little twitches and big thump twitches, and also what i thougth was weakness. i was scared of ALS, and went running to my dr who said my muscle twithching and other sensations were just anxiety/stress/pregnancy hormones.
now i still twitch, not as bad, but have very achy legs along with the twitching. i know ive been to a neuro. but still need reassurance.
to you, do my symptoms sound like ALS or some other neurological issue?!
