Does Skipping Help To Reduce Weight?

I am 35 years old & gained too much weight last two years. Now I am trying to burn it through exercise. Can you tell me is skipping is good exercise for me. I am bulky as I said. I am married & do not have any children. I have Migraine but no other critical disease.

As you describe, you would have realized while the weight is increasing. Any how you can try to control it by strenuous attempts, but not impossible.
You can keep weight under control, by avoiding fats,fries, junk foods, and oily foods.
Increase your activity by practicing, morning walk, yoga, gardening, and do any work in front of you.
Minimize the sleeping time ,practice late to bed, and early to rise, avoid day time sleep.
