Excessive Weight Gain On Buttocks, Stomach Post Pregnancy. Will Skipping Exercise Help In Reducing Weight?
Hello doctor, This is XXXXX. after my pregnancy i put on lot of weight especially my but and tummy . is it possible to reduce my weight by doing skipping. XXXXX
It depends on your current BMI and age that skipping will suit you or not. For getting the ideal body weight one has to do regular physical activity along with balanced nutrition.
For reduction of tummy fat pranayam will be effective.
Include high fiber like whole wheat atta, whole pulses, white oats, fruits , vegetables in your diet along with suiting herbs which will help you in increasing your metabolism. Drink a lot of water and specially after 15 minutes of meals have lukewarm water/ green tea.
