What could have been possible problem? How to relive my heart burn? Is it because of lack of sleep since lack of sleep usually gives me heartburn.? Am I still yet to experience comeback of Meth?
I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your heart burn.
As per your history and symptoms you are having reflux esophagitis, you need to avoid late night sleep, late night drinks, Late nights meals, these are most important cause for heart burn.
To avoid the problem make sure your head side of bed is raised at least 4 inches. You can also take pantoprazole 40 mg per day at morning empty stomach for 2-3 weeks.
Yes sleeplessness can cause acid regurgitation and heart burn. At the time of heart burn you can chew sugar free gum for half an hour it will provide you relief.
