Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Nightmares have been reported among the side effects of Atorvastatin. I will advise you just continue with the drugs as prescribed and your system will adapt soon. However, if nightmares persist or other side effects appear you see your doctor for evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mbuomboh Veranso
