Hi,

It is less likely to affect the sex drive. Gynecomastia occurs due to an imbalance between the sex hormones testosterone and estrogen. Estrogen causes breast tissue to grow. Letrozole acts by decreasing the formation of estrogen from testosterone and thus it is used to treat gynecomastia. Since letrozole does not reduce the levels of testosterone so it is less likely to affect the sex drive. You may take this treatment under the supervision of a cosmetic surgeon.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
