Noted the history and understood the concerns.
There is nothing called as acidic
diarrhea, it the infection in stool the excoriates the perianal skin to cause the
rash, edema and fresh bleeding on wiping.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get the stool tests done and if there is an evidence of intestinal infection you need to get a treatment from your Doctor after clinical examination with an antibiotic active against intestinal infection,
Metronidazole and probiotics.
ALso clean the perianal area with warm water and do not wipe hard.
Take multivitamins to get early healing.
If there is no improvement with this treatment then you obviously need further clinical evaluation, examination and investigations of
colonoscopy,
biopsy, tests of stool and blood to decide the cause and get treated accordingly.
