hello doc this is my semen analysis result color-pearly white volume-2cc ph-alkaline viscosity-poor liquefactionj-40mins wbc- 2-5/hpf rbc- 0-2/hpf mucus-rare fats-rare MORPHOLOGY 60% normal cell 40% abnormal cell MOTILITY 10%grade III 30%grade IV 60%grade V SPERM count 39million/ml do i have to worry doc?

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.This is indicated by presence of pus cells in semen.
Liquification time is also prolonged due to infection.
It may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Other investigation like routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
You should consult your doctor.
