I have a dull pain under my left pec that has come and gone the last couple hours. I think it is indigestion because some water and burping did seem to help occasionally but I never had heartburn . Is this something I should have checked out that could be serious? The pain seems to just come in a second like a random twitch and then goes away and is not consistent and is always in the same spot. I am 23 year old male, overweight , but I have not been diagnosed with high blood pressure or cholesterol .
