During Masturbation I Felt Like Blood Is Rushing Towards My Head

Hi Doctor, recently during Masturbation I felt like blood is rushing towards my head on both right and left side of my head above the ears. A day has passed and I am still feeling uneasiness on both side of my head above ears. To pin point the location above my ears and a inch towards my face. I went for blood press test about 3 to 4 hours after this issue arose but found that my blood pressure was normal. Can you help me in this regards.

-Anxiety
-Aneurism in brain
-Arterio-venous malformation in brain.

If symptoms are severe then you may require examination and investigation like MRI brain under neurologist supervision.
