I recently had all signs of pregnancy including nausea, white discharge, pink discharge with white, sore swollen breasts, dizziness, then my period came about 2 days early and was very heavy for 1.5 days with lots of clots followed by a dark brown sticky discharge up until yesterday. I now have no discharge but swollen breasts, feet and increased appetite and feel somewhat nauseas and dizzy. what could this be
A good number of women who actually take in miscarry before their next menstrual period. This could be one of the possibilities with you. Also, it could just be exaggerated menstrual related symptoms.
Because the heavy bleeding has stopped, i will advice that you adopt a wait and see approach and only seek medical attention if symptoms should aggravate or not regress. Also, you may want to get your blood level checked to make sure you still enough blood stores.
