Experiencing Bowel Movement Problems, Blood In Stool And Acidity. What Is The Solution?

i am having issues with my bowel movements it seems as if something is blocking a full bowel to come out and there is drips of bright red blood and also mucus like in my bowels. it is a very uncomfortable feeling when i have to go to the bathroom and if a have to pass gas i have to go to the bathroom because liquid bowel may come out

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Bright red color blood with diarrhea and difficult bowel movement may be due to .
1 ulcer in intestine as bright red color of stool usually present due to some pathology in lower part of intestine.Diagnosis can be confirmed by colonoscopy .
2 Hemoorhoids may be the next reason. Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by surgeon.
3 Dysentary may be the next reason due to bacterial origin.Diagnosis can be confirmed by stool examination culture .
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion as physical examination is very important in this case.
