Experiencing Digestive Issues, Tenderness In Lower Abdomen, Fatigue And Sore Mouth. How To Diagnose My Symptoms?
Over the last few hours the roof of my mouth has been sore, as if I'd burned it, but i know I didn't. i just shined a flashlight in there, and was surprised to see the entire back of my throat a strange yellowish color changing to red at bottom, and a brighter red spot on the roof of my mouth. My tongue is mostly coated with mostly white, but not all over. I've been struggling with digestive issues and tenderness in my lower abdomen for the last 4 days, some fatigue, and now this. Any advice?
Welcome to HCM. Soreness and redness in mouth is suggestive of beginning of apthous stomatitis. It usually occurs due to b12,folic acid deficiency. It also occurs after dyspepsia, stress, anxiety and spicy diet. Start oral as well as intramuscular b12,folic acid. Local oral application will be helpful to get fast recovery. Take rebeprazole or pentoprazole. Enzyme preparation with lactic acid bacillus is advisable. Drink more water and other liquids. Eat simple, nutritious, high fiber diet. Consult your family physician for proper medical management.
