Experiencing Hives On Face,neck,chest & Lower Arms

I have been experiencing hives on my face, neck, chest and lower arms since Wed 4/2. I have also had extreme muscle pain when moving (not when resting) since Sat 4/5. I have not overworked my muscles. The pain began in my thighs when climbing stairs and over the past week the pain has spread to my calves, glutes, abs, back and left arm. I am also running a low-grade fever. I have been tested for auto-immune and all is normal. I am waiting to hear results from parasite tests and Tick disease test. I am otherwise always been a healthy 35 yo female. My bloodwork on Tues 4/8 showed that my Bun/creatinine ratio is 20.9, would that be something to be concerned about as far as my kidney functions go? Not sure it would explain my symptoms but it seems definitely on the high end.
