Experiencing Numbness In Hands And Fingers With Burning And Pain

A few months ago I started experiencing numbness in my hands and fingers, mainly my right hand. It has progressed to burning sensations in my hands and fingers and also pain. I took up loom knitting about a year ago and I am thinking that it may be Carpal tunnel syndrome. What do you think? I don't have health insurance and I need to try to treat this myself. I have been taking ibuprofen and it has helped a little but the pain has gotten so bad that I have to get up during the night and take medication to try and ease the pain before I can go back to sleep. Today I was looking at hand exercises online and also maybe purchasing a Handmaster Plus soft purple ball.

It can be carpel tunnel syndrome. If you want to get rid of pain , avoid keeping your hand in same position for long time.In carpel syndrome there is nerve compression at wrist and it cause cramp like feeling in hand along with tingling. i would recommend you to take pregabalin and methylcobal tablet. you should also learn physiotherapy for wrist muscle strengthening exercises.
