Experiencing Pain On Skull Due To Accident, What Is The Problem ?
I fell last night. I slipped on concrete and fell backwards. I hit my wrist and my head. I was startled but conscious and alert after the fall. I was able to get up on my own. I had a goose egg last night about the size of a golf ball. I had a light headache (not too bad) and pain where I hit. I didn't sleep much last night because anytime I rolled over I hit my spot that hurt and it woke me up. This morning the goose egg was gone but it is still tender to the touch. It almost feels as if i have a flat segment of my skull where the goose egg was and directly below the "flat" spot hurts a lot to touch. I have a minor head ache that comes and goes and my neck hurts. I am away from home at my fiancees what should I do?

Falling from back is one of the dangerous. Sub dural hemorrage is most comman in this type of cases. As you were concious ,it is one of the good thing. Please be noted that is there any Nasal discharge like the watery or bloody. this is sign of head injury. As per your descreption, you need to have observation for the 24 hours and oserve for severe headache, nasal discharge, vomiting,unconciousness if so immediately CT scan of head to be done. currently better to have one xray of sKULL . For the pain need to have simple analgesics.
