Experiencing Pain On Tibia, Elbow And At The Base Of My Skull
I have had a pain in the lower part of my left tibia about 2 inches long and 1 inch wide above my ankle for 2 months. I have no bruise or lump and does not hurt when I walk on it, just when I touch it. Also, for 2 weeks now, my left elbow is painful when I touch it or lean on it. Again, no bruise or lump and no previous injury. Now, for the last 3 days the base of my skull on both sides are very painful to even touch lightly, doesn't hurt unless touched and no bruises or lumps and no previous injury. What can this be??????
As per your history there is possibility of rheumatic arthritis or polyarthritis
I will advise some important blood investigation like ASO titre,RA factor,ACCP,CRP,ESR,CBC.
Juvenile Rheumatoid arthritis may involve large or small joints and early morning stiffness in joints, if clinical and pathological reports match then early JRA diagnosis can be predicted.
Rheumatic arthritis is common in early age group and can be sequel to rheumatic fever.
You can continue analgesic medication till reports arrive.
Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
Wishing you good health.
