Experiencing Pain While Eating & Strong Gurgling Sound From Abdomen
For the past 3 days I've had a dull aching . It hurts when I eat it hurts when I sleep in it is waking me up out of my sleep. H time the pain comes on I hear a gurgling noise in my abdomen. What causes be?
There was no onset to the pain it just started
happening. Accompanied with diarrhea the first day.

Your query and concern appreciated, condition may be due to abdomen infection with hyper acidity if I would be doctor of this case then I would try Tab Secnidazole 1 g single dose tablet with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, for three weeks, for the diarrhea no specific treatment is needed but care needs to be taken for dehydration, else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
