Explain The Effects Of RASPA Procedure Due To Thickened Lining In Uterus

my mom is 56 yrs old. I believed that she already had a menopause. but lately she complained that she still bleeds. so she went to see a doctor. and advised her to have an ultrasound. the doctor said that she had to undergo RASPA procedure due to the thickening of lining something in her uterus. is it safe? will it stop the bleeding? how long can she recover? any suggestion of food she can take to bring back her energy asap. what are the thing we have to expect/side effect after the procedure...thank you in advance.
