Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
After going through your history dizziness more so with change of posture could be due to benign positional vertigo.
It can also be associated with migraine headache, as far as if any central cause can be detected in MRI like cerebellar, MS,sol, like acoustic neuroma, it is good that you got it done .
You can use premium service to ask a Radiologist /Neurologist for interpretation.
Please visit your Neurologist for proper advice.
If necessary a ENT surgeon may be required if problem related to labyrinth like meniere's syndrome is there or some ototoxicity due to drugs.
As you are already improving hope nothing serious is there and you recover as early as possible.
Please take care.
Good Luck.
