Hello. I have been feeling nauseus for a week. I have had back ache on the upper half of my back and the pain seems to graduate to the middle and back up again. I have also been very tired constantly I am due on my period next week but I have noticed some spotting on Tuesday and Wednesday and again on Saturday could I be pregnant?

Hi,
If you have been having regular cycles prior to this, you could be pregnant. If you wish for an early confirmation, you can go for serum beta-hCG test. The spotting could be an implantation bleed or a breakthrough bleed. You may wait for your next period and go for a home pregnancy test with a fresh early morning sample of urine 3-7 days later if you miss it. Wish you good health.
