Feeling Neck Pain And Tightness Around Breast Bone. Not Cured By Heating Pads And Massage. Any Advice?

I am a 30 yr old women. Experiencing neck pain down to the middle part of my back, I have tried biofreeze, heating pads even had 2 massage but it still didn t help with the pain. The neck pain has been like this for about a month But keeps getting worse. I don t have a fever and blood pressure is good but now I have tightness above my breast bone. Any advice on what to do? Thanks
